Sydney

Sydney Harbour. One of the world's greatest places to venture. Today, my family and I had a picnic under the enormous Harbour bridge.Travelling on the way, I caught sight of old historic homes and beautiful sandstone walls. Then further into the city, there are tall and detailed buildings. One of the greatest of the city is the Centre Point Tower. It is magnificent! Here is a more detailed description:

Sydney. The smell of freshly cooked hot chips dissolves in the salty air. The wind  whispers in your ears, and blows the strands of hair from your face.Travelling along the Harbour, sea gulls are at a constant chatter with themselves, and dive to the surface for crumbs of bread, in which people toss at them. It is a beautiful place. Far over the other side of the water, stands the Opera House with great pride. The shape of the building is truly unique. Walking up and down the many steps is an endless hike, and reaching the top is a big releif! I used to count the steps to the top. The sky is baby blue, painted with white cloads.  The water is a stage for dancing stars. Under the bridge, it can be noisy, as cars, trucks and trains speed along the road of the bridge. The hills and trees are fresh green and the water is saffire blue. Again I will continuously exclaim, that Sydney is one of the best examples of beauty!!

So as i had said, my family and I had a picnic under the bridge today. What a beautiful day it was! It turned from overast to PERFECT weather!

For those who haven't ventured through Sydney... I encourage you to!!! It is worth it :)

Season of the year and funny Ellen video

A beautiful day today in Sydney! The rays of the sun were pressing against skin and the wind blew the strands of hair out of my face. Autumn...its one of my favourite seasons along with Winter. The time when the leaves are summoned to depart from its mother tree.
Its when I enjoy the outdoors and nature. I remmeber, in Richmond(old home), there were mountains and 'hilltops' of leaves along the front yards of people's homes. I would collect every leaf and gather them into one big pile of leaves, ready for a big leap! watching...as the leaves flew in the air around me like little boats along the water. Swiftly movving along the wind stream. It was a 'magical' fun of a small child, as I was. There were shadowy trees that streched forth their long bulky branches over us all who lived there.
At school, its was really warm....and it was just a beautiful day. What made it even better was the relief of less stuff to do, but that's another story:)

Here is a HILARIOUS video I found, but I feel so sorry for the girl. I would have cried if I was in her situation. ;)

Just a little on my mind...

OK... Its very late. Not sure if this is a wise decision but I was urging to jump onto my blog.
Its school that seems to overpower me. I have a whiteboard perched on my desk, with a list of assignments and homework...Don't get me wrong! I love school, but my definition of school is hanging out with friends...and then I guess I should add education apart of it.
Besides the intense workload, the teachers just decided to dump on us, I actually love learning. Especially in science, because its INTERESTING:)Back to the very beginning... school....Its a word that brings thoughts to mind of education, apples, ABC's, teachers.... but It also is the place where I have met my friends(Aimee, Sophia!) and that's a thing I'm grateful about school.
now that I'm getting carried away with things on my mind... it is soooo dark outside. I wonder who else is afraid of the dark but here is my proposal..
I AM:
10% AFRAID OF DARK\
80% SCARED OF A FACE LOOKING BACK AT ME:O !
I remember when i was very little and i always had a bright light near me, when I went to bed... whether it was a Pooh bear night light or the bathroom door open with the light on... BUT now i realize that I wasn't afraid of the 'dark', I was afraid of seeing a face look back at me. I wonder if anyone else agrees.

HOW ABOUT I JUST LET EVERYTHING OUT OF MY MIND... nah If that happened, I'd be typing all night.
I think its time for me to stop now but here is VERY QUICK poem I typed up rushing:

Why do I go to school?
is it because of the canteen food?
Is it because of the free gum under the tables(Jokes)?
is it to learn Math and science and Miss S- style fables?

Why do I go to school?
Is it to meet new people,
Is is to show your latest 'thing' or how you tie your laces?
is it to participate in spelling 'b's, carnivals or races?

Why do I go to school?
is it because I am forced to?
Am I being sent away and forgotten?
Or is it to start my journey....a next step in my pathway,

Build friendships and grow well that's what I say!

That's Why I go to school!

paper shoes

love this! soo cool
have fun!

regrets

some of my regrets include basic things....pouring water in my brother's bed (wouldn't want to remind my mum about that), sleeping in too late on school mornings and another regret:
CHOCOLATE!

Look at that rick, creamy brown colour! its looking at me and telling me to eat! After eating chocolate I feel sick. Someone had told me that eating junk food may feel good while eating it but afterwards you feel bad, BUT when you eat vegetables and healthy food, it may not taste great but you feel SO much better afterwards! Keep that in mind chocolate lovers!
Has anyone else wished chocolate was healthy? Oh well...I know what else I love:

FRUIT!!!
 TA DA!!! THERE IT IS.
I don't know if you have ever done this but this is one basic mix of fruit and yogurt that I love...
1. chop up the fruit you like( I like banana and nectarine)
2. take a scoop of low-fat Greek yogurt(may sound yuck but i really like it...especially with fruit)
3. for a bit of extra crunch, sprinkle a bit of crunchy muesli on top.....mmmmmm! yum!!!

Its healthy but best of all... its so GOOD!

Dumb ways to die

I want to know if anyone is that stupid enough?
